On a web browser
- Go to: Office.com
- Click on Sign In
Note: You might get asked to sign into your Microsoft account using your email address & password.
On Office page
- On the left hand side.
- Find the SharePoint icon
On SharePoint page
- Select the SharePoint site you would like to share files and/or folders from.
On SharePoint site page
- On Left side, Click on Documents or a Documents Library would like to share.
- Next to the File or Folder
- Click on the Share Icon
- Or Click on the three dots and Click on Share
On Send Link window
- Click on People in <Your Organization>
On Link Settings
- Select the way you like to share the files or folders

Anyone gives access to anyone who receives this link, whether they receive it directly from you or forwarded from someone else. This may include people outside of your organization.
Note: This is disable by default as there is no traceability
People in <Your Organization> gives anyone in your organization who has the link access to the file, whether they receive it directly from you or forwarded from someone else.
People with existing access can be used by people who already have access to the document or folder. Use this if you just want to send a link to somebody who already has access.
Specific people gives access only to the people you specify, although other people may already have access. If people forward the sharing invitation, only people who already have access to the item will be able to use the link.
By default, Allow editing is turned on. If you want people to only view your files, uncheck the check box.
When you’re done, select Apply.
On Link Settings
- Type in Users email address to share file or folder.
- Once all Users added to share
- Click on Send
Note: If in your organization can add them by their name.
